About Me | EMDR-Trained Therapist in West Los Angeles & Virtual Therapy

I’ve spent 17 years helping people face trauma, addiction, grief, and the patterns that keep them stuck. My approach is direct, integrative, and results-focused—regulating your nervous system, uncovering root causes, and rebuilding self-trust.

I earned my degree in Intensive Psychology at UC Santa Cruz and a Master’s in Clinical Psychology at Antioch University in 2009. Licensed as an LMFT since 2014, I’ve worked with children, parents, and adults in trauma, addiction, and child development settings, leading clinical programs before opening my private practice in 2018.

I blend trauma science, nervous system work, somatic healing, and authentic conversation. Direct and intuitive, I help you identify what’s driving your patterns—and transform them. I offer weekly sessions, in-person in West Los Angeles or virtually, with reasonable rates to make therapy accessible.

My goal is simple: you leave each session clearer, calmer, and more capable of taking action, stepping fully into your life, relationships, and work.
