Hi! I have over 17 years of experience helping people in many diverse settings. With my clinical background and training in EMDR, I help you connect your mind and body so you can regulate your nervous system and feel more comfortable in your own skin.
My work is active, intuitive, and relational. I don’t just sit back and listen—I help you identify what’s driving your patterns and work with you to transform them.
I believe the relationship between therapist and client is central to healing. I show up with honesty, presence, and a strong commitment to helping you move forward in a way that actually lasts.
I earned my degree in Psychology from UC Santa Cruz and a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles in 2009. I’ve been licensed as an LMFT since 2014.
My early work focused on children, families, and development before I transitioned fully into addiction treatment, where I spent several years working in treatment centers and leading clinical programs. I opened my private practice in 2018.
I offer weekly sessions, in-person in West Los Angeles and virtually throughout California.
My goal is simple: you leave each session feeling clearer, calmer, and more capable of taking meaningful action.
Not just talking about your life—but actually stepping into it.
